We are Tod and Rhonda Anderson.
We hail in from Colorful Colorado, where we owned a business in Summit County for 30 years. We decided to semi retire and move to Lake Havasu City…to warm up a bit.
The inspiration behind opening the Crepe Cart began with making French Food with my daughter who was studying French. Preparing Crepes quickly became one our favorite foods to prepare. We found Crepes versatile because there are recipes for both Sweet and Savory Crepes. The unique, flavorful and creative ideas became endless. With a background in Nutrition and Restaurant Management, the Dream of owning a Restaurant (on wheels) became a reality.

We serve both Sweet and Savory Crepes and have recently added a Slider Variety to the and MORE menu.
This includes our infamous Fish Tacos, Loaded Fries, Appetizers and Funnel Cakes.
Try our Breakfast Burrito or Egg Crepe Burrito Style with a Hot or Iced Latte.
OUR FOCUS…to bring a new concept of dining to the Lake Havasu City and Surrounding AZ Cities.

OUR END GOAL…to see each PATRON smiling when they are served, as our Motto is SERVING SUNSHINE AND SMILES.
Small, Medium and Large smothered with a variety of Cheeses, Meats, Fruits, Nuts, Olives, Jams, Crackers, Candy and Sweet Crepe Bites. We can customize these to suit your event.
